1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • For artificial jewellery and cosmetics, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during transit or if the wrong item is delivered.
  • Items like undergarments, makeup, skincare, or customized stitched suits are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used cosmetics or open beauty products.
  • Worn or washed apparel.
  • Artificial jewellery unless defective.
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The damaged area/product
  • The packaging
  • The invoice

Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method. If you’ve paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only issued after the returned product passes a quality check.

5. Exchange Option

Want a different size or color? You can opt for an exchange instead of a return (applicable to suits and dresses). Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval.


6. Easy Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at support@sharmaandsonsenterprises.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
  2. Mention the reason for return and attach required images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and coordinate the pickup or drop-off process.
